This is a joke if you think this hotel is 5 stars. I saw the positive reviews before booking, but after staying here, I honestly don’t understand them. Either many of those reviews are fake, or the people who wrote them have never stayed at a truly good hotel. I’m very disappointed with my stay. On the second day, around 3:00 PM, I tried to take a nap, but there was constant loud drilling and construction noise that made it impossible to rest. Then, the next morning, construction started again at 6:00 AM. I called the front desk, and they apologized and said they would stop it. My question is: why was construction allowed to start at 6:00 AM in the first place? When I checked out, I mentioned the noise to the front desk. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, they denied there had been construction and suggested the noise may have been coming from the gym’s boxing punching bags. I found their response dismissive and the staff came across as very rude. The room also had a poorly designed air conditioner mounted directly above the bed, blowing freezing cold air straight onto me all night. The control panel wasn’t working, so I couldn’t change the direction of the airflow or adjust it properly. To make things worse, on the very first morning at breakfast, the staff asked me to leave a review before I had even finished my stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the construction noise, the uncomfortable room, and the way my concerns were handled,

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable. Our room was cleaned in a timely manner.

Overall this hotel was beautiful! Convenient and most of the staff was amazing! The only reason I am giving a 4 Star is because the food was not good. Honestly, neither were the drinks! But, overall safety, comfortability, cleanliness was amazing! The breakfast was not good at all!

It was a wonderful stay! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel's pool is amazingly beautiful. It has a bit uphill distance from Patong beach but the hotel has free shuttle to bring you to Jungceylon Shopping Centre and Patong Beach. The facilities in the hotel are great, they have everything you need: toothbrush, coffee, snacks, and even a microwave to heat up our 7-11 food!

Everything was good just only far from beaches

Highly recommend this place, it has buffet breakfast, two main pools and pool access rooms. Everything was amazing we came here for our honeymoon and stayed at the property for two weeks. The only downside is if you don’t have a car or bike you need to cab it or you can catch the free shuttle bus which is also amazing. Overall a great place and I’d definitely come back again.

The hotel itself is nice, i like the location because its not in the middle of the chaotic part of patong, staff is very friendly and respectful, but the main issue was our room, it was a beautiful room, but the humidity and the smell was unbearable, we did communicate this to the staff but they didn’t change the room, and said they will follow up but didn’t.. unfortunately. Other than that we liked everything but i wouldn’t stay here again because of the humid smell that really bothered us, i guess it was because our room was located in the lowest block of the hotel.
