Room was on the 6th floor. Weren’t told the correct lift at first so got a little lost . Had to go back to reception and were given correct instructions to find the room. Exceptionally hot during stay but air con in room was excellent thankfully.
Very good location - next to Central Station and close to centre. Dam Square 10-15 min walk, Ann Frank House 25 min walk.
Security in hotel very good - bar area very pleasant and reasonably priced .
Towels were’nt the best quality- very thin and not generous in size.
A non slip mat to use in the shower would be useful as I nearly slipped a couple of times
Communal areas could have been cleaner dirt on the stairs remained for the duration of my stay and used food containers left outside rooms for a couple of days. .
Overall staff friendly and helpful - a good budget hotel at a decent price . Would use again for convenience .

The room was extremely small, very little movement between beds, however it was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were polite. The location was ideal right next to the train station and close to the boats.

Great location, stayed during heatwave so room was slways warm. Not hotel fault at all, would stay again but would book bigger room.

Can’t beat the location. Literally right next to Amsterdam Central station and very close walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are extremely small but the staff is terrific and very helpful.

Loud construction outside all night.. horrible noise.. plenty of rooms on other side of hotel available.

හොඳයි Just great location. That was all. We were told we were being upgraded to a "bigger room" ...I can't imagine a room being smaller than what we got. No hand towel, no tissues, no coffee or tea, no mini fridge, very bare minimal. Stayed in another boutique hotel nearby across the street the previous night, and it was cheaper and much better providing way more.
