Wonderful hotel. The staff was very friendly, great location, especially if you’re going on a cruise out of Amsterdam . I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was awesome. Front desk servive was great. Down side sheets were clean but had blood stain. Also when I pulled back the covers a cleaning cloth was between the sheets. Two things cleaning cloths should be washed separately and the housekeeping staffshould have removed the cloth. This is attention to detail.

This was the perfect spot to stay before a cruise. Easy to walk to central station. A five minute (or less) walk to the cruise terminal. Very helpful. Nice sized rooms and appreciated the bottled water and mini fridge. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and even an omelet station. We arrived early from the airport and we were able to get in our room immediately.

The Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre was a great place to stay. It is within walking distance to the cruise ports, which makes it very convenient. We had a beautiful room that had a view of A'DAM Tower, Amsterdam Central Station and a lovely canal. The staff, rooms and breakfast were first class. If we were taking a cruise in Amsterdam, we would definitely stay here again!

It is a great location if you are embarking or disembarking on a cruise. However, it is a bit of a walk into the city (approximately 10-15 minutes). The reception area was very helpful in storing our luggage until the room was ready. The concierge was very helpful as well. When checking in, the receptionist said breakfast was included with our package and the restaurant opened at 7:00 AM. I told her we had to leave at 5:30 AM to catch our flight and she offered to have a box breakfast ready for us at 5:00 AM. I would stay here again.

The Hotel is to far from the city and Restaurants.So for a meal you had a good 1 kilometre walk to get to the main busy restaurant area.
