The hotel is wurabury resort & spa we booked this hotel because of the spa, unfortunately there no spa in this hotel at the moment and the stuff is not sure when there will be there are no dairy products in breakfast other than butter and yogurt which we find very poor room is clean and well kept

Property is tired with lots of maintenance required, pool filter did not appear to be running & the water level was below the skimmer box so very much doubt it Russians are given priority over other guests Cleaning staff are amazing Such a shame as it has the ability to be a great hotel

We booked a standard room but up graded to a pool swim up room which was great. I noticed there wasnt as lot of chairs around the pool so i was glad we got the upgrade.Room was clean and had everything you needed.staff were also friendly
