Nice stay. Clean. Quick response from staff. Good A/C. The only small negative was the inconsistency of hot water delivery from the shower, requiring frequent adjustments.

We are completely unhappy with the room in terms of cleanliness and lack of room maintenance/upkeep. From the stain bath towels, around the building the hallway smells, overpowering loud/annoying noise when the AC is turned on, weird smell in the bathroom and stains/ dirt around the room and bathroom.
Wifi does not work outside of room, in gym, pool area or around building.
The gym facilities that we saw on the website (with view and modern) were not in the building we were based in (the bliss).
Unclean facilities and amenities for example the kettle.
Checked out early.

A very nice 2-bedroom apartment. Everything was fine, except for two minor issues: 1) Quite noisy despite being on top of the local hill; nearby mosque would blast calls for prayers even at 5am. Not very loud though due to distance. 2) Being almost at the top of the hill, it was rather quite exhausting to walk up. Good exercise for younger guests.

I stayed in the bliss for 5 nights as a solo traveller i felt very secure as i had a passkey to get in an security at night the apartment was spotless and a lovely big balcony i even had a washing machine i had a problem with air conditioning and it was done same day beautiful rooftop pool which i was in one night at 9 o clock wish my stay had been longer one of the best if not the best just couldnt find a fault hope to come back to patong and this is where I'll stay thank you

The unity pstong is a great place to stay at. The staff are very kind the room is wide, comfortable and clean.
They helped us with everything we needed!
