Disgusting customer service with receptionist / manager aggressively shouting after a simple request. Water kept turning off. Beds were like concrete. 2 single beds do not fit room unless joined into a double. Do not clean rooms every day. Signs stating not to use pool ladders. Had to leave the property for hours when they used toxic chemicals to kill mosquitoes, less than 24 hours notice was provided.
It’s a shame because the hotel could be ok with different staff. The pool was nice. The location is ok.

My husband and I loved the hotel. The buildings, the rooms, cleanliness, everything about the place. The staff were friendly and helpful, helpful and attentive to our needs, going that extra mile to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. I would certainly not hesitate to go back to the Rawai Grand House hotel.

Rawai Grand House rooms are very spacious. Staff are friendly & happy. Restaurant not open at night but everything is only a walk away.

Never come back again. Air around the pool sometimes smelling bad, hotel next to a trash collection facility. Much more disappointing is the unfriendly and not attentive staff. There are mich more value-for-money occasions around.

නියමයි We decided on a last minute trip to Phuket for the CNY holiday. We found a Orbitz deal that brought us to Rawai Grand House. The Grand House is a selection of Villas from 1 to 3 bedroom. They were very clean and nice. The place could use a little up keep. The rooms and beds are slightly dated, but the overall stay was very good.

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු My stay was not at all I shouldn’t owe one penny. Cab driver took me to bad location after location. Feared for my safety. The site of hotel was not safe location and was nothing like the pictures showed. Will not use Orbitz again if not refunded.

නියමයි Modern, spacious hotel with good a.m. entities. Although if nobody goes to the bar/order food the staff go home so then you are stranded with nothing to eat/drink
Bit of a rubbish location and you can’t book any trips from the hotel as their English isn’t very good.
All in all an ok hotel and worth the money

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු Shower not cleaned properly. Beds were rock hard. No hot water until we finally saw a staff member to tell. Breakfast extremely poor. Fresh fruit not fresh, cold coffee and tea. staff didn't understand when we ordered breakfast didn't understand any English.. No staff around during day at pool bar to buy a drink or food. staff were playing badminton in afternoons! Pool was dangerous broken tiles, broken steps to get in pool. Sauna locked and said we must pay extra to use. Gym was the same. No lift,had to climb stairs to get to room.

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු We were told that the hotel is in patong. It is quite far. We asked for a refund and were told by fon that a refund was possible if Expedia agreed. While on the phone with Expedia, she calls her manager, who says "no refund". She would not let me speak to a manager, since she was on holiday until Monday (same person she just spoke to!).
Expedia agents tried and tried and they would not budge.... saying it's a holiday weekend (there were only about four or five couples seen).
We decided to lose money and leave. All we needed was a taxi. The taxi took 35 min to come, tried overcharging, and kicked us out. Interestingly enough, when we asked for another taxi, she contacted the same driver. That driver never showed.
I hope no one wastes their money at this hotel, where a positive client relations does not exist.
