It is a nice property. Close to Zurich HB, clean linen, clean bathroom, clean room. We had a very comfortable stay. Our room had AC. That was a huge benefit in 97 F / 36 C temperatures. Highly recommend.

A/Cs could go a little lower. And the shower door was partially replaced by a curtain. Pluses - great location, nice room, good water pressure, and great helpful staff.

The rooms were adequate but the air conditioning was not! We particularly enjoyed the quick walk to the train and tour bus stations. Several cafes and dining spots just steps away. And, the tree lined street was a bonus. The staff could not have been more hospitable. They were very helpful and welcoming.
