The staff there was super friendly and helpful. The room was very large and had an excellent view of la Alhambra. The air conditioners keep the room ice cold, which was a necessity in the summer heat. Overall, our stay was fantastic and I highly recommend Palacio Santa Inés

The room was very clean! The air conditioning was adequate for very hot weather. The staff could not have been friendlier! This is my second stay and I will definitely stay there again when in Granada!

This charming hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We arrived Granada around noon and our room was already ready - very happy about it!

Perfect location for exploring the older parts of the city. The staff were very helpful with all types of needs - even about Raton Perez as our son lost his tooth. The building is a great mix of old and new features and the breakfast was very filling before a day walking up lots of hills and staircases. Would recommend to family and friends.
