The hotel is perfectly located for walking to most of Granada’s most renowned sites. The managers are incredibly kind and make themselves available to help you plan what to see. They have an airy common room on the top floor with beautiful views and coffee available throughout the day. I really appreciated that they send info on how to get to the hotel from the airport, bus, and train stations.

Right on at city center, 5 minutes walk to Granada Cateral, the Granada Old Town is just across street.

Bought a penthouse at one property, was given a normal apartment at another, looked nothing like the photos, housekeeping only came once and never changed sheets or towels. Location was significantly more noisy than the one I thought I was staying at. Walls were dirty, expectation was there that I would clean the apartment which was not mentioned on booking. I had to buy my own toilet paper and soap because the amount provided was not enough. There would have been a 15€ fee to have housekeeping come if I called. Overall would not recommend
