Lovely hotel, great customer service. All staff members we met wre very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Food was nice with plenty of choice. Would stay there again.

Thank you for a brilliant stay! Girl on front desk was exceptional. Stayed here a couple times now and would come back and would recommend. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Thank you again

Great location, nice bar area and food and service good too. WIFI worked well and is free. Car Park is off site but literally next to the hotel and at £6.50 per night (with hotel validation in f ticket) it must be the cheapest in Liverpool. Room was fairly basic but comfortable and the sockets have sun connections.

From Mel at Check in, to the breakfast team led by Orla, the service from Tilly and especially Hettie on hot drinks my stay here has been fantastic. Everyone is so friendly, smile when they see you and ask if everything is OK. The hotel is perfectly placed to explore the brilliant city of Liverpool. Thanks to all of you

Great staff and awesome breakfast. It is located opposite the train station which is great and 5 minutes into the grand shopping center. I’m definitely returning here on my visit to Liverpool!!

Members of staff were excellent. Paid good attention to detail. Breakfast was really good. Location is outstanding. Look forward to visiting again, Highly recommended.
