A great comfortable place to stay, VERY short walk to Liverpool lime st station and only a 10 min walk to the Docks so extremely convenient. Staff were exceptionally friendly Highly recommend

The room was very clean. We found the room overly warm for us though. The staff were very polite and friendly. The location is ideally close to the train station. And it's a pleasant walk to the waterfront. The breakfast is excellent!

The room was nice, clean, well-designed for travelers and spacious. The only drawback was the air conditioning required considerable effort to get it turned on. Took at least 20 min… just wouldn’t kick on.

Initially there was an issue with how Expedia would reimburse this location so we had to pay out of pocket for the room. We called Expedia and sorted it out. The staff explained the issue and it was handled professionally. In total, great staff, great location, and great customer service from Expedia.
