Tall Tree Kata Phuket - Hostel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel. When I arrived, I had to wait nearly an hour before anyone showed up at the reception, which was already not a great start. Prior to my stay, I had sent a message via Hostelworld requesting a quiet room, but this was completely ignored. I was given a room facing the street instead. The noise was unbearable, the hostel is located on an uphill road, so you constantly hear motorcycles and cars accelerating loudly. As a result, I barely slept during my three nights there. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The lack of organization and consideration for guests is really disappointing. I would not recommend this hostel at all.

The room was in fair condition, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. While this is a hostel, the space we rented was located on the floor above the main hostel area. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue during our stay. The unit next to ours was extremely loud from approximately 4:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., with inappropriate noises that were very uncomfortable to listen to. The walls are quite thin and the doors are not well sealed, so you can hear everything clearly. I messaged the hosts about the situation as it was excessive at a normally quiet time but did not receive a response, and no solution was offered. As this happened on our first night, it made us anxious about the remainder of our stay. There was also another family staying on our floor, and I can’t imagine how uncomfortable that situation may have been for them as well. I understand that this island has a reputation as a “party” destination and that noise can sometimes be unavoidable. However, the lack of response or action regarding the concern was disappointing. They never brought up my concern. And for that matter I do not recommend any families or people who are sensitive to noise.

New poshtel in Kata Phuket,It's quiet good,tidy,keep cleaning in housekeeping everyday,it convenient to go to restaurant to eating Thai cuisine in Kata,and the room charge is reasonable when during peak season,I would like to come back and stay in Tall Tree again on my next vacation in Kata Phuket and looking forward to visit the Thai mama and her younger son again!
