Great location . Bed was very comfortable . But room was a bit smaller than I expected and bathroom was very small . They coffee machine and cups in the room , but no coffee . When I asked for it , they asked me to get in from the 7Eleven in the first floor

Great hotel, small but average size rooms, breakfast buffet. Only weird thing was their elevators. They would randomly not go to the floors in order. Multiple times we would get on at the 8th door, select the 1st floor, pick up a staff on some floor in between, and then go back up to whatever floor they needed to go to first before going to the first floor.

Lovely hotel in great district for walking to sight sighting, shopping and restaurants.
Elevators were a bit of an issue during busy times of the day. No teas or coffee provided so bring your own - there is a kettle in the room.

Great location in Hiroshima especially if you want to shop.
The staff were lovely and very helpful with holding our bags on check out day until we had to leave for our train.
A bit of a walk to the train station but doable if you don't have large luggage. Taxi was about 2000 Yen. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Found a hair in the bath but that was probably the cleaner. Bed wasn’t made up each day but that was IK. Staff, as usual, were superb. Nice restaurant on th property.
