Wonderful people at this hotel. Helpful, friendly, courteous, smiley (even the older men).They know how to help. Super convenient! Across the street from Hiroshima Station. Thank you, Hiroshima Grande Intelligent Hotel! Hope to see you next year!

The staff was exceptional. We all know how the Japanese like to treat their customers. I'd like to say I asked for more and they delivered. Who knew when you booked different dates through Expedia that the system wouldn't automatically pick it up and keep you in the same room? Who knew they could arrange for you to send a package to someone in Japan through their front desk like they were a UPS store? Who knew they could take your bags and arrange for them to be sent forward to another location and have them waiting for you at your next hotel? Honestly, I knew the first one would be a problem and called into Expedia to get it ironed out....well, Expedia didn't get it done, so I had to explain it all to the manager and she was able to figure it out. What a champ she was. With her limited English and my very limited Japanese she got it all worked out for us. The other two things a hotel does??? Yeah, I knew that already, but you may not know. Their UPS is a company called Kuronekko. Try it out! This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I will be back again next year. Thank you Hiroshima Grand Intelligent Hotel.!

Rooms were nice (a little on the small side). Staff were nice and helpful. Location is great, short walk to Hiroshima station.

great hotel very near Hiroshima Station exit 8. 7-11 just next to it. lots of food and shopppng. Staff are very helpful and polite. They even brought the luggage I deposited with them to the room. The toilet, bathtub and sink are all separated which is really convenient However I feel that cleaning can be improved further as i see mold spots in the bathroom. But i wont hesitate to book this hotel with a European flair again.

We stay in a twin bedroom. All room facilities bathroom or toilet are clean and large enough to use comfortably.
