The hotel itself is not too bad with clean and reasonably sized rooms. Entry by car was hard to find and on my last day after checkout, staff was almost forcing me to take my car out of their carpark even though I have parked there for less then 24 hours and said if I left car any longer I will have to pay an hourly rate. Not great experience.

Recently updated rooms, a little small but not too small. Breakfast is great and lots of parking onsite for a fee.

I had booked a room at another hotel. It was horrible! So bad in fact I could not spend 1 single night there. I switched to the Granbell. The place was clean and well kept. I really appreciate the staff accomodating me.
