Location was excellent; so easy to get off the Shinkansen and get right to the hotel. Like many Japanese hotels, the rooms were a bit small, but the staff was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our stay.

Feels like a brand new luxury loft! Perfect layout, lighting and furniture. Total comfort staying here. Excellent staff becomes an expectation in Japan and this hotel is no exception.

Loved my stay here. The hotel could not be in a better location. It's literally attached to Hiroshima train station; you don't even need to go outside to get there. Also very close to Mazda Zoom Zoom Stadium if you want to attend a Carp game. Everything was so nice and new and clean. It felt as if it just opened and I was the first guest to stay there. Staff was all very kind and helpful. Makiko in particular was very friendly at the front desk and helped me make the most of my time in Hiroshima. If I ever return to Hiroshima I would not hesitate to book here again.
