Great accommodations, in a good location near the subway, shopping and restaurants and very friendly staff. Would recommend for anyone staying in Kyoto.

We had the family room with bunk beds which was really nice for our family of 4. Washing machine worked great, but we did have to dry the clothes in the bathroom which had a neat heating/drying feature which was easy to use, just had to dry over night. Great location to get to one of the train lines.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which made everything very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a great selection. Our room was clean and comfortable throughout the stay. The unexpected highlight, though, was the free ice cream such a fun and thoughtful bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay, Nice & friendly staff, very helpful. Luggage storage was available. Free breakfast was basic but very good/nice to have since there wasn't a kobini nearby.

場所は有名は寺院にも近いし、スタッフの皆さん、丁寧で親切でした！部屋に洗濯機もついているし、風呂場の乾燥システムで乾かすのも楽でした。キッチンもついているので、簡単なものなら部屋で作って食べられます。

This hotel is a perfect place to unwind after a busy day in Kyoto. All staff are kind and extremely generous with their assistance. We stayed in the Family Room with private balcony. What a treat! It was great having access to water, soda water, coffee, tea and other soda’s. A nice little touch. Amenities were available. A great location. Breakfast was a basic western meal but quite good! And, yes the room can be busy at times. But a great way to start the day ;)
