We stayed one night while in Kyoto and it was just okay. The room was big enough for our family and I liked the room amenities. I did not like the darkness in the hallways going to your room. I also didn't understand why there weren't any light in the entrance of the room, it was strange. The beds were small and just ok. Our view was the train station side but you barely heard them because they definitely had large quality windows. The location was a little odd because you needed to use the overpass to cross the street which is ok I guess for safety reasons. Overall, the hotel was better than most is Japan.
