Kataonsea Bungalows

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The pictures DO NOT match the actual room. My room was filthy, stuff under the bed from previous guests, hard mattress that I demanded a new one but they only brought a mattress cover. Speaking of mattress, I had a king size bottom but only a queen size top - so weird! 'Cleaning' included giving water, removing the trash, and replacing toilet paper. No changing towels, sheets, sweeping, mopping, nothing. It was so gross. The only positive is the location. If possible, ask for a bungalow at the bottom of the street so you don't have to walk up that huge hill every time. I won't be back.

They don't change the towels, my daughter arrived with a rash all over her body, the bathroom wasn't very clean, but everything was very close to beaches, places to eat and markets.

Oisolerade rum. Inte speciellt trevlig manager. Lång backe upp till hotellet. Poolen sköttes inte den var väldigt smutsig!

We stayed 5 nights and would not recommend this hotel for multiple reasons. The pros: the pool is quite nice and clean, even though there is only 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas available. The bed was clean. The location in Kata / Karon is good, close to two beaches, the Kata night market and multiple shops and restaurants. The cons: First, you need to know that this area is also known as « Little Russia ». So if you are Russian, speak / read Russian and love Russian music, this is the place to be. This wasn’t our case. Regarding the hotel, our experience started by us waiting in the very basic reception, there was no staff. After 15 minutes, the guy showed up to get us checked in. It started becoming a bit weird when we noticed him sniffing / inhaling some kind of Febreeze Aerosol while we were searching for stuff in our suitcases. When we got to our room, in what looked like a different complex, far from the pool, the room was ok, the bathroom and kitchenette were not the cleanest, but ok for the price. Our room’s safe didn’t work so we went back to the reception to ask for assistance. The same guy said he would come fix it, he never did in 5 nights. We had no TV remote or nothing to request for housekeeping so we couldn’t get more toilet paper or new towels until we went back to the lobby to ask for it. The next time we requested housekeeping, we were told that they needed our key because there was only 1 key. We said we need the key to come back so they just didn’t clean.
