This was my second stay, and I absolutely love the room design! The charging outlets are very convenient. The overall service was also good. Initially, I was given a room without a bathtub, but after I clarified that my reservation included one, they promptly moved me to a different room. However, the tap water in the room I stayed in last year was drinkable, but not this time. I made a mistake, but the hotel provided bottled drinking water. Also, the towels folded by the staff were adorable, which made me very happy!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's so luxurious for the price that you might wonder if it's too good to be true. The lobby is spacious, and there are restaurants and bars available. The rooms are also large and clean, with no issues regarding shower temperature or water pressure. Basic amenities are provided, along with bottled water and slippers. While it's a bit far from the station, using Grab makes it affordable to get there, and compared to Japan, taxi fares are very inexpensive. I exclusively used Grab during my stay. So, if you plan to use Grab, the location shouldn't be a problem.

However, it might not be considered a new hotel anymore, as some facilities and rooms are starting to show their age, and the single beds in the twin room are quite narrow. Breakfast: The selection is still extensive, but perhaps due to the large number of people, the seating is more cramped than before, making it feel a bit oppressive, especially the long tables. Seats are placed on both sides, but there are metal bars under the table that hit your legs, making it uncomfortable to dine. Smoked salmon is only available around 9 AM each morning, and I noticed that staff don't replenish it afterward. Later, I found that guests only get it if they specifically ask, which doesn't feel great. My stay was during the summer, but surprisingly, the fruit wasn't very fresh each day. I'm a bit disappointed with the breakfast this time. Right below the hotel, there's an After You dessert cafe and a convenience store. A skybridge connects directly to the train station, making it very convenient to get to the Erawan Shrine and Siam.

I enjoyed my staff here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed in the premium room is comfortable and spacious. Had so much fun at Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok! The views were amazing, and the glass skywalk was definitely the highlight. A little scary but super exciting! The whole experience was enjoyable, and there were plenty of great spots for photos. Definitely worth visiting when in Bangkok!

The hotel is very good. The location is excellent, right in the Japanese Quarter. There are several restaurants with very good cuisine nearby. The hotel offers a transfer service to the subway station. The pool is also perfect, clean and inviting. The spa offers top quality. Prices are a bit higher than outside, but it's worth paying more. The breakfast buffet didn't impress my husband. I didn't have any. The food at the pool bar was good. I can only recommend this hotel!

Booking my stay at Grande Centre Point Prestige Bangkok through Klook was an excellent experience overall! The hotel is newly built, with beautiful surroundings and brand-new facilities, giving it a very clean and comfortable feel. The room design is lovely and spacious, with the highlight being the large floor-to-ceiling windows. This time, my room overlooked the racetrack, offering a very open view. The service deserves special praise; the staff were professional, friendly, and polite, and they did their best to accommodate extra requests. Since I was celebrating my girlfriend's birthday early, the hotel even arranged some special decorations, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet offered a rich selection of delicious options. Additionally, you could pre-order a Chinese breakfast to be delivered to your room the day before, which was also plentiful and tasty. The hotel's infinity pool is truly amazing; swimming while enjoying the beautiful scenery was incredibly enjoyable. Booking through Klook also provided 2 tokens per night, which could be redeemed for drinks, afternoon tea, plush toys, mugs, or eco-bags, showing great sincerity. The location is also excellent, with the famous Erawan Shrine right downstairs and large shopping malls like CentralWorld nearby. It's also not too far from Pratunam Market, Terminal 21, Siam, and other areas. The hotel even has a Let's Relax massage parlor, which is convenient and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend it and will consider staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok!
