This hot stone spa is conveniently located in the B2 level of the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store, right behind Taichung Station! The staff were very patient and helpful, and the environment was new and clean. Everything from the restrooms to the hair-drying area and the hot stone spa rooms themselves were spotless, though there was a bit of dust in some of the single-person lying areas, specifically in the corners near the walls.

I'm Japanese, and after booking through Klook, I went directly to the reception and was able to receive treatment right away. It was helpful that there was a staff member at the reception who could speak English. The therapist's primary language was likely Taiwanese. She was very kind and made an effort to communicate with me, a Japanese person! The pressure was just right, and the massage was excellent, so I truly hope she stays healthy so I can see her again when I return to Taiwan.

Therapist No. 66 was, without a doubt, the best I've ever experienced, even after countless treatments worldwide. Their skill made me feel like an empress in a royal palace. Truly top-tier talent, especially considering the environment and facilities!

I booked a massage for the evening on the same day, but half an hour before my appointment, I still hadn't received confirmation. So, I decided to walk in and book, and the staff were able to arrange a massage service immediately – excellent! The masseuse had a great attitude and was very professional. The shop environment was comfortable, and the overall experience was first-class. I will definitely visit again on my next trip.
