This hotel is an older five-star property, but the staff are very friendly and kind. However, I want to clarify one thing: this hotel already offers a complimentary airport shuttle service. Please, do not be misled into paying an extra two hundred dollars for a hotel transfer service. Thank you.

Great location and overall a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient spot and everything else was great. The bathroom could use a deeper clean, especially under the sink, where there was some mould and buildup. The sink also had a few cracks. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel.

ටෙරස් හෝටලය කියන්නේ බාලිවල කූටා වල මගේ ප්‍රියතම හෝටලය. සර්ෆින් කරන කෙනෙක් විදියට, මම මේ හෝටලය වෙරළට ඉතා ආසන්නව පිහිටා තිබීම අගය කරනවා. එය ඇවිදගෙන යා හැකි දුරින් පිහිටා තිබෙනවා. ඒ වගේම ඇවිදගෙන යා හැකි දුරින් පිහිටි අවන්හල් සහ පහසුකම් රාශියක් තිබීමත් මම අගය කරනවා. හෝටල් කාමරය සුවපහසුයි. කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය මිත්‍රශීලී සහ උපකාරශීලීයි. මගේ එකම පැමිණිල්ල නම් කාමරයේ ඇති ශීතකරණය ප්‍රමාණවත් තරම් සිසිල් නොවීමයි.
