Anathera Resort Kuta

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Welcoming and helpful staff, nice food in the restaurant which is handy after a long 17hr flight. The hotel is clean, the room we had was well looked after and the hotel even fixed a problem with our sink during our stay with first class customer service. It is a good 20 min walk to the south end of Kuta beach but if you want meals in Kuta then a Gojek is needed but are cheap. The only negative thing I could say was the decking outside the pool rooms needs replacing or re-fitted as people walking or kids running past your room made the boards make some noise.

The shower was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. I witnessed two of the cleaning staff, just wipe one part of the shower glass as their daily routine for the shower. There was limescale, black mold and mildew on and between the shower tiles, by the shower faucet as well. In the corner that connects the glass partition, was horrible with mold on the silicon. When I asked if they can clean it, one of the cleaners tried to wipe it with a cloth and the other tried, not very well, with just a few brushes of a small brush, no chemicals or anything to assist. I told management but when I came back to my room later that night, nothing changed. If you are a clean person, DO NOT STAY at this hotel. I can't describe it, but although the room looked clean, it felt nasty. Also, the mattress on one of the twin beds in my room stunk soo bad, I had to sleep on the other one. Would not recommend nor stay there again.

Staff little weird sometimes and breakfast they need to be little courteous- other than that overall it is a good experience

Breakfast they should automatically add to all family rooms and should give an option to purchase before check in via Expedia etc. after paying for breakfast it was not updated in the restaurant system for some reason we need to talk to them and first day we could not eat. Anyway location of the restaurant is amazing and food options are many in nearby
