The 8th-floor open-air hot spring area offers boundless lake views and a very relaxing ambiance. Although our West Building lake-view room only included the breakfast buffet, it featured a wide variety of delicious options. The overall facilities are great, and the price is exceptionally good value! A wonderful hot spring ryokan!

Absolutely worth it for the price! The package included breakfast, dinner and onsen, and the location couldn’t be better, just steps from the lake and cruise pier. I requested a pescatarian dinner and they prepared a delicious meal with so much variety. The room was very clean and even had a lake view where we could watch the summer fireworks! There’s only a toilet in the room (no private bath), but the indoor and outdoor onsen were lovely. My favourite part was taking a peaceful walk around the lake after an early morning onsen before breakfast. Such a healing stay. ❤️

Great location to see Lake Toya and the summer fireworks. Good buffet breakfast. I didn't use the hot spring Onsen, so can't comment. The hotel and room are on the historic side, which would be great for those who like the smell and vibe of an antique shop.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Japan. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again on my next trip to Japan!

Beautiful fusion place with fabulous room and private onsen hotspring in the room. The view is with full Lake Toya and the Nagajima middle island which accounts for the expensive price. The staff are super helpful and with good English proficiency 交通便利性： we need to drive to reach there, there are free parking, no public transport

The lake view room on the 7th floor offers a truly amazing view. I loved the Japanese-style tatami room, and you can even watch fireworks from the small balcony. The pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with plenty of options for vegetarians. The price is also very reasonable!

We had the best anniversary! Staff went out of their way to make it special for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Delicious food being served and the most relaxing setting we’ve ever experienced. If you are looking for a spot to recharge and reconnect with your partner, this is the place.
