Dinner and breakfast was included much to our surprise, and with a great selection as well. The hotel room had a great view and was spacious and clean. Only stayed for a night but I would give a 5 star experience

Very unique check in experience and service and views are great. The only issue I had was the ac in room cannot be calibrated to cool meaning that the room is excessively hot. Even though it’s cold outside it would be good to give guest flexibility to change to aircon to a comfortable temp in the room. (It is an in room control, but the hotel locks out the function and only allows for hot air to be used)….

Parking was easy for this place. It was located in a very strategic location in lake Toya. The room was superb with a private onsen that overlooks the lake. Food was also great with a wide selection of cuisine. Highly recommend this place!

Room & staff are ok. Dinner and breakfast food is not of good quality compared to price paid. The area doesnt have much to offer. Day trip will do . Hotel price is totally not justified. Hotel doeant even provide hand lotion or shaving cream. After shave lotion not provided too. It was not stated i will be served buffet dinner and breakfast but ended up being served dinner and breakfast instead of kaiseki.
