Spent 5D4N. Very cozy and neat place to stay. Even for solo traveller, the place feels like a 5 star hotel atleast for me even if I only availed the solo room with shared bathroom. transport access: near exit 6 with a little walk cleanliness: super tidy and neat hotel location: accessible to all – trains, ximen district, food stalls service: 24hrs reception, accommodating

good and convenient location, really near ximending night market and ximen train station. the staff is very kind and accomodating. the room is very modern and comfortable. 100/10 for the bed! super comfortable and instantly able to sleep well due to the softness of the bed. they were also kind enough to allow me to leave my bags after checking out

The front desk staff were welcoming and polite, and the room was well-stocked with all the necessary items for a family of four, such as towels and paper slippers. The cleaning staff also did an excellent job, and the service was very thoughtful. The only minor drawback during our stay was that both the adjacent and opposite construction sites had ongoing renovation projects. As a result, there was noise from workers renovating on weekday mornings, typically from around 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM. We believe that our next stay at the hotel will be even better once the major renovation across the street is completed when we visit Taipei again!

Service: I stayed from August 9-13 and needed to complete online check-in for my airline, but it was unsuccessful due to incorrect data entry. I am very grateful for the help of Ms. Eva, the front desk attendant. She proactively assisted me by calling the airline and successfully reaching a live agent, who properly resolved the issue. Ms. Eva's enthusiasm and professional service made me feel completely at ease and enhanced my stay. I sincerely thank her for her meticulous and patient service. If I have the opportunity to visit Taipei again in the future, amba Taipei Ximending will be my first choice for accommodation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The facilities were outstanding—everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests have everything they need. The breakfast was a big highlight, as they served special Muslim-friendly meals for us. This thoughtful effort was a huge plus point and made our stay even more enjoyable. The lobby was also a great place to rest and unwind after a long day. With welcome drinks, snacks, and coffee available throughout the day, it created a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our experience special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Chelsea, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as Muslim travellers.

Decent hotel. Front desk was polite and helpful. perhaps the only downside is the unstable WiFi. and having a laundry room for guest would definitely add a plus point

The best hotel!! The building is right after you exit the Ximen Exit 4 and Exit 5. The staff are very accommodating and even let us check in earlier since we had a dinner reservation to prepare for. Superb breakfast buffet, great service, clean room, and a plus point for their free luggage room.
