Booked Deluxe but upgraded to Executive (Room 219) because no room avail upon check out. Amoy cigarette ang room but eventually naging ok naman. Shower hot water was not working and prone to flooding (I think uneven bathroom floor, kasi the drainage is working naman). Nagkaroon ng ac prob early in the morning, nagkaroon ng lagitik na sound then di na sya lumalamig. May maintenance na pinadala naman at upon checking, told us to transfer room. It was an upgrade Regency 1 Room 304 (I guess the only avail room din), it was more spacious, with bathtub, balcony. May prob lang sa toilet, di lumulubog. The staff are polite, friendly, prompt aksyunan lalo yung probs regarding AC. 👍

My fave haven cozy place since 2023 here in laguna .I had twice experienced for something not good ,someone did tried to open my door but I was there at the front of the door. I had a phone call to the receptionist for checked it.

place. Why I’d Stay Here Again: • Unmatched Honesty: I have to give a massive shout-out to the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left my phone under the bed, and they found it immediately after we checked out. They didn't just call us to inform us; they actually took the initiative to deliver it to the airport so I wouldn't miss my flight without it. Their integrity is incredible! • Prime Location: The hotel is right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops—it made exploring so easy. • Great Food & Space: For a budget hotel, the room was surprisingly spacious and kept very clean. Plus, the breakfast buffet was actually quite good and a great way to kick off the morning. The Atmosphere:

The. rooms are clean and spacious. Conveniently located across Paseo Outlet so eating out is not a problem. Breakfast buffet selection are simple but really good. This is value for money hotel.

The room was well-appointed with a solid work desk and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. A major highlight was the breakfast buffet; they even had taho, which was such a nostalgic touch! We also loved the outdoor pool. The staff, especially the security and front desk team, were so warm and assisted us with every request. Special thanks to the nurse who assisted my husband.

the price is worth the facility. our stay was fine. i think they should change the blanket into a thick comforter. even the towel needs a replacement already. but the stay is good and fine. a quite place to stay. thank you
