The hotel was comfortable and decent. The room was a good size. Breakfast was ok, can be improved. Staffs were very accommodating especially the front desk lady and Manong guard who helped me with my documentation issues that was extremely important for me to accomplish that day and they helped me, a stranger without hesitation. I now have a go to hotel near Nuvali whenever i visit my sister.

The hot shower wasn't working and had to shower with a cold water. Very uncomfortable.

The staff did an outstanding job. We were served by Marj and Maricar who are both very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is excellent. The amenities are superb. I stayed with my family and we occupied 3 rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool. Our weekend stay was an amazing experience.
