Had a pleasant stay at Hatten Hotel. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good, and the customer service was excellent. Loved the huge swimming pool and gym. The hotel is conveniently connected to the shopping mall, with a bridge providing direct access to Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall. Highly recommended!

This hotel is definitely worth the price I paid. I spent a night here for about 390 Malaysian Ringgit. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices offered. However, the check-in process was a bit slow due to the peak period. Overall, this is a good place that I would recommend visiting again.

හෝටලයේ පිහිටීම: MITC හි පිහිටා ඇති අතර, ඔබ මෙහි වැඩ කරන්නේ නම් හෝ Zoo Melaka වෙත යාමට අවශ්‍ය නම් හොඳයි. උදෑසන ආහාරය: විශිෂ්ට බුෆේ උදෑසන ආහාරය. ආවරණය කරන ලද වාහන නැවැත්වීමේ පහසුකම් නොමැත.

early check-in and late checkout needs to pay, location is nice, walkable to Jonker street in 12 mins. Quiet place, during my visit the sauna is under renovation, can check if it’s available before going.

ගෙවූ මිලට සියල්ල හොඳයි. හොඳ පරිසරයක්, පහසු ස්ථානයක්, හොඳ උදෑසන ආහාර විවිධත්වයක්.

We checked on during public holiday for 3d and 2n, 2 adults and 2 children. Check in process was smooth and quick. Room was spacious, well equipped with steam iron, hair dryer, bath tub, great air conditioning, comfortable bed and pillows. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was quite good too. We fully utilised the gym and swimming pool. It is located by the beach, literally walking distance. We paid RM 25 for a set of 4 camping chairs and an umbrella. There were ample parking spaces, going in and out of the hotel was a breeze. The only drawback I would say is that the room was not spotless clean, quite a lot of hair on the carpet and floor which could use vacuuming. The pool could also be cleaner. Overall, we had a great and relaxing stay at Birkin Hotel.

The hotel service was excellent and top-notch. The staff provided very good service, and the room was extremely clean and tidy. There were many convenient facilities, and the breakfast food was plentiful and delicious.

I am extremely grateful and happy to meet one of the best concierge Mr Rasnui and Jason. as a solo traveler first time to the country I never been. he made me feel welcome and I felt so safe after he assured and give me advice. Mr Rasnui and Jason so friendly. very attentive. I wish to see them next time if I come to Melaka again
