J'ai passé un agréable séjour à l'Hatten Hotel. La chambre était spacieuse, le petit-déjeuner était bon et le service client était excellent. J'ai adoré l'immense piscine et la salle de sport. L'hôtel est idéalement relié au centre commercial, avec un pont offrant un accès direct au Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall. Fortement recommandé !

This hotel is definitely worth the price I paid. I spent a night here for about 390 Malaysian Ringgit. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices offered. However, the check-in process was a bit slow due to the peak period. Overall, this is a good place that I would recommend visiting again.

L'enregistrement anticipé et le départ tardif sont payants. L'emplacement est agréable, à 12 minutes à pied de Jonker Street. C'est un endroit calme, et lors de ma visite, le sauna était en rénovation, il est donc préférable de vérifier sa disponibilité avant de s'y rendre.

We checked on during public holiday for 3d and 2n, 2 adults and 2 children. Check in process was smooth and quick. Room was spacious, well equipped with steam iron, hair dryer, bath tub, great air conditioning, comfortable bed and pillows. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was quite good too. We fully utilised the gym and swimming pool. It is located by the beach, literally walking distance. We paid RM 25 for a set of 4 camping chairs and an umbrella. There were ample parking spaces, going in and out of the hotel was a breeze. The only drawback I would say is that the room was not spotless clean, quite a lot of hair on the carpet and floor which could use vacuuming. The pool could also be cleaner. Overall, we had a great and relaxing stay at Birkin Hotel.

Swiss-Garden Hotel Melaka is a wonderful place to stay for both families and travellers. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a convenient area near many attractions in Melaka. One of the best things about this hotel is the easy parking, which makes the stay more relaxing and hassle-free. The breakfast provided is delicious with many choices, and the price is very affordable for the quality offered. The staff are also friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel gives a pleasant experience with good facilities, great service, and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Breakfast: The variety of food was very limited. I hope the hotel can add more menu options and improve the quality of the breakfast service to make it more worthwhile.

Le parking est GRATUIT et l'accès est facile. Si vous souhaitez sortir plusieurs fois, il suffit de communiquer votre numéro de plaque d'immatriculation. Le hall est très parfumé. Tout le personnel est très aimable. Le petit-déjeuner offre un grand choix et est excellent, avec même une vue sur la piscine. Il y a un coin enfants avec des jouets et du matériel de dessin. Les enfants ont adoré, et le personnel leur a même permis d'apporter des jouets à table. La piscine est proche, ce qui permet de surveiller facilement les enfants pendant qu'ils se baignent tout en mangeant. L'hôtel n'est pas loin du centre-ville. Il y a de nombreux magasins à proximité. Tout est SUPER. Recommandé.

Le service hôtelier est excellent et de première qualité. Le personnel offre un très bon service, les chambres sont très propres et bien rangées. Les installations sont nombreuses et faciles à utiliser. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux.
