体验：I had a smooth and well-organized experience from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, the refreshments were a thoughtful touch, and the guidance was patient, informative, and helpful throughout. The overall experience felt comfortable, enjoyable, and well cared for.

The experience was well organized with a punctual pickup, clear and informative explanations, excellent service, and thoughtful care throughout the visit.

An absolute must-do experience! Everyone was exceptionally polite, and we were welcomed so warmly. A special shout-out to our guide, Daungdach Dach, who was especially kind, explained everything in detail, and did a super job. You could clearly see that the caretakers treat the elephants very well, and the elephants themselves looked very happy and content. We were able to feed them and take wonderful photos with them. There were also complimentary drinks and snacks provided. It was a magical experience that you simply have to experience for yourself. We were completely satisfied with everything from start to finish!

和大象第一次这么亲密靠近，真的感觉很奇特。可以感受到他们被保护的很好，照顾的很好。非常棒的体验。园区干净，工作人员也很友好很热情。

整体体验非常不错！和大象进行了近距离的互动，喂食的时候还发现大家都有自己的进食习惯，萌萌的，活动安排很丰富，我们还学习做了papaya，很好吃！

We had a great experience from start to finish. Hotel transfers to and from the venue were provided, making everything very convenient. The tour guide was thorough and informative, explaining how to safely and respectfully feed the elephants. The elephants were incredibly smart and friendly—they even posed for photos and gave hugs and kisses when asked! Refreshments were also provided before and after the experience. Although the elephant hugging and photo experience itself was one hour, the total time was around three hours, including transfers, refreshments and waiting time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and one we would definitely recommend!
