Excursion tout simplement INCROYABLE ! Avant même le départ, le service client a été excellent : j’avais réservé la mauvaise date et ils ont accepté de modifier ma réservation sans difficulté. Nous étions 7 en famille avec M. Morita qui a été très professionnel, gentil, flexible et attentionné. Il est arrivé en avance, s’est adapté à toutes nos envies (téléphérique...) et nous a même proposé un arrêt au Lawson. Il nous a recommandé un restaurant japonais selon nos préférences, c’était délicieux ! Ses explications, ses conseils et sa parfaite organisation nous ont permis de profiter pleinement. Nous nous sommes sentis choyés toute la journée. L’itinéraire était exactement celui que je recherchais et je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix. Nous avons eu la chance de voir le mont Fuji par beau temps, mais même sans cela, mon avis serait le même : le service était irréprochable. Je recommande cette excursion les yeux fermés. Merci encore à M. Morita pour cette journée inoubliable !

We had an absolutely amazing day visiting Mount Fuji! Our tour guide, Sho (Morita) was extremely friendly, knew all the best spots, and gave us fantastic advice throughout the trip. He was a wonderful photographer who took great pictures of us at the top spots, and he also recommended incredible local food and souvenirs. I would definitely recommend this trip for anyone going to see Mt Fuji. He also knew all the shortcuts and was super flexible and patient with us wanting to take lots of photos or walk a little slower or faster. 10/10!

We had a wonderful experience on the Mount Fuji Full-Day Customizable Private Tour with Klook. The flexibility of the itinerary made it easy to tailor the day to our interests, and everything was smoothly organized from start to finish. Harroon was our driver/guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and making the most of each stop. The views of Mount Fuji were absolutely stunning, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and explore nearby spots at our own pace. Transportation was clean and comfortable, which made the long day enjoyable rather than tiring. We also appreciated how easy it was to communicate preferences and adjust plans along the way. Bhalli was the best driver you could ask for - we had an absolutely amazing and perfect day for our Mt Fuji sites. Bhalli contacted me the day before the trip and asked to move the time from 7am to 5am to beat crowds, traffic and due to Fuji visibility. This was KEY. Had we left at 7am, we would’ve been stuck in traffic and crowds, and wouldn’t had gotten to see Fuji as it clouded up in the early afternoon. if your driver suggests this, DO IT! We had unlimited time at the Pagoda observation deck for photos (wait too long in the day and you get long lines and only 5 minutes for photos). This was the best day of our Japan trip so far! Thank you so much Bhalli!

We had such amazing day at Mount Fuji. Harron was our driver and spoke English and was an amazing guide through out the town. We got pick up around 6:00 am from our hotel and arrived around 8ish. We were able to beat some of the crowds that come from tour busses later which was such a plus. We requested our own custom itinerary and Harron took us there safely and efficiently. We were able to do everything on our list at our own pace plus more thanks to Harron. Would recommend to anyone planning to visit.

I’m really happy with how this trip turned out. The planning was actually very last-minute. I only booked it the night before, less than 12 hours before we were supposed to leave early the next morning. Honestly, I wasn’t sure at first. But everything worked out really well. The service was good, and what I appreciated the most was how flexible they were with our needs. A special thank you to Mr. Haroon, who accompanied us throughout the trip. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding, especially when handling our group and our various requests. He made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable for us. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the trip and really appreciate the flexibility and support we received, especially considering how last-minute everything was. Thank you, Mr. Haroon, for taking such good care of us!

這次富士山一日包車真的非常滿意！王景翔司機一路上開車很穩，讓我們帶著長輩和小孩也都能很安心、舒服地享受旅程。司機也非常細心，沿途會介紹景點和富士山周邊的特色，對我們想去的地方也都很配合，讓我們能順利走訪原本想去的景點，行程安排得很順暢；沒有自己搭車轉乘的奔波，還能按照我們的需求調整行程。非常感謝司機一路上的安全駕駛與貼心照顧，讓這次富士山之旅留下很美好的回憶！如果之後還有機會來富士山，一定會再次選擇包車，也非常推薦給帶長輩或小孩一起旅行的家庭！五星推薦
