The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and the restaurant had 280 degree city views. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location

New hotel in a great location in Old Quarter. Staff were absolutely brilliant throughout - very very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely recommend staying there when visiting Hanoi

Great position for restaurants, bars and shopping. Friendly staff. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Proverb Hotel Hanoi. The location is excellent—close to all the main attractions while still feeling peaceful. The staff were the standout of our stay: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi!

An amazing experience! Beautiful hotel, and the most wonderful service from all employees. Thank you Bella and the team for going above and beyond! We will be back next time we’re in Hanoi and will recommend to friends

Perfect spot in Hanoi. Close enough to walk to all the good shopping and restaurants but far enough from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet. Rooms were on the small side but comfortable and we loved the roof top pool.

The room was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for families with young children. It was spotlessly clean, and we felt comfortable using the bathtub multiple times during our stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Dong Xuan Market and many popular local food stalls. Train Street and Beer Street are also only about 500–600 metres away, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions on foot. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The Hotel was really clean the staff were wonderful, friendly and couldn’t do enough.

The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the high level of customer service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend Proverb Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable
