Nice location with easy access to shopping areas, convenience stores, drugstores and the train station. However, the hotel entrance smells of cigarette smoke, which could be uncomfortable or trigger allergies for some guests.

Of the many luxury hotels I've stayed at, this is one of the best. The quadruple room is spacious and nice, with new and very clean facilities. The view is great. It's super close to Universal Studios, just outside the subway station and right at the hotel entrance, adjacent to the City Walk restaurant and shopping area. The room rate is reasonable. Originally, we planned to just grab a quick bite for breakfast at the hotel and rush into Universal Studios early, but the breakfast on the 32nd floor was excellent, with beautiful scenery, fresh fruits and vegetables, delicious rice, bread, and desserts, freshly squeezed orange juice, and coffee. The selection was very extensive and high-quality, so we still spent a lot of time slowly enjoying breakfast for two days. The cheese container at breakfast was too narrow, and the small spoon was too big, making it difficult to scoop some out. The hotel provides tokens for luggage storage, so we were able to store our luggage before checking in before 3 pm and use our 1.5-day tickets to go play at Universal Studios first. The hotel also offers welcome drinks, hot soup, and chocolate marshmallows to guests. After checking out, they still allowed guests to store their luggage, so we could easily take a boat to the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. Very grateful. I highly recommend friends stay here, and I would like to come again if I have the opportunity in the future.

very accessible. from kansai airport to this hotel through Limousine bus. just 3mins walk. there's multiple convenient stores near candeo hotel. very near to dotonbori, 5 mins walk. we stayed there for 6 days. the only thing we're concerned about is we have to call for room cleaning and atleast before 7/8am. tho they emptied our garbage cans everyday. tip: inform the concierge at night before you go back to your room. their buffet also nice. but i got mine here on klook without one so i have to purchased it there for ¥2000+ per pax per day. also when we arrived there we have to pay the tax that is not included here on klook, that depends on how many days, (i guess), and how many pax in the room. just like what the instructions from klook says. so have some cash with you but you can still use your cards tho. 6 mins walk to train stations. left and right depending on where you plan to go. they closed their doors after 12 but just bring your fob key to open the doors at night.

One of the best hotels in Osaka, it's conveniently located near one of Osaka's most important streets (Midosuji Street), famous for its international brands. It's also close to Shinteibashisuji Street and Shinbashi Station. The staff were excellent, and the hotel was clean. It's a great hotel, although the price is a little high.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (2 pax, twin room) on September 2025. Overall, the experience was great. It's conveniently located near Namba station (a 5 minute walk), a Don Quixote store and a 10-minute walk to Dotonbori. Check-in was easy with English-speaking staff, room is clean and housekeeping (upon request) is excellent. A lounge for snacks, coffee and some beer/alcohol is available for free to hotel guests daily from 3-10pm which provided a good break after sightseeing and shopping the whole day. The breakfast buffet is also one of the best I've experienced among 5 other hotels I've stayed in Tokyo/Osaka the past 2 years. Checkout was seamless via keycard dropbox.

I spent my second trip at this beautiful hotel. This visit was also met with kind service from the staff~ I checked in at the reception with a Korean staff member, and I'll just say no comment about the hotel's regulations, the high-floor room assignment, and the things they took care of~~ They were considerate of the guest's perspective as much as possible, and I am so satisfied that I thank them again^^ I think Candeo Hotels The Tower is not stuffy, and the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, luxurious design, comfortable bedding, and cleanliness as its strengths. I couldn't request housekeeping the next day, so I only asked for the necessary amenities, but they cleaned the whole room and I thank the staff. I was assigned a high-floor room and could see the wonderful night view of Osaka, and during the day I could see the Dojima River and the surrounding city center. The 31st floor has a sauna, hot spring, lounge, and fitness facilities, and the cool water you drink at the entrance after using the sauna is also amazing~ All the necessary facilities are well equipped. The 17th floor has a reception and a restaurant lounge where you can eat breakfast, and I accidentally saw it while passing by, and the staff's meticulous management stood out in every corner of the hotel. The location is a 5-minute walk from the north exit of the stop station (Yodoyabashi Station) if you use the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, and a 15-minute walk from JR Osaka Station if you use the JR~ Accessibility is not bad and I was satisfied that the area around the hotel was quiet. It was the most revolutionized hotel that I have stayed. Almost everything is perfect as if I’m in the miniature AI city. It has everything that you need, even luggage delivery to airport service and luggage weight scale to check so that you don’t have to rearrange your luggage at the airport checkin counter. AI assisted concierge is still in beta stage. entertainment system was super awesome, that comes with 50 inch 4K Smart TV, which also has over 200 house videos for free (other hotel charge you for at least ¥2,000 a day). The tv remote control was cover with disposable plastic for hygiene. 4th floor has superb onsen with sauna and 7 eleven.

Hotel was average.But location was good.Just a 5 min walk to dotonbori.
