The hotel has a great location, less than a 10-minute walk from Hualien Station and the bus transfer station. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the guest rooms are spacious and bright. The lobby on the first floor offers complimentary cookies, drinks, and ice cream during afternoon tea. The late-night snacks are rich and delicious, and the breakfast is also very good. Free bicycle rentals are also available. Overall, it has a very high cost-performance ratio!

Service: The receptionist was proactive and enthusiastic, and their attitude was very polite, which didn't make you feel nervous. Breakfast: It's been a long time since I've had such an appetite for a hotel buffet breakfast. The dishes were very distinctive, and I wanted to try every one of them.

В целом, первое впечатление от проживания хорошее. Номер чистый и опрятный, и наличие маленького робота-ассистента Mai犀 – это действительно здорово. Если будет возможность, обязательно приеду сюда еще раз. Вечерний вид из холла очень красивый, а вид на море из номера днем просто потрясающий, очень комфортно. Завтрак и ужин в ресторане Yinglun тоже отличные, довольно вкусно, рекомендую.

The hotel exterior is impressive, and the interior environment is clean and elegant. As soon as you step into the lobby, you can feel the quality and comfort. The service staff, Jia-Ru Pan, was very friendly and professional, providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, which made me feel valued. The room was spacious and bright, with impeccable cleanliness, a soft and comfortable bed, and complete amenities, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The restaurant environment was comfortable, and the service was very attentive, putting me in a good mood to start the day. The hotel's facilities are also complete, including a well-maintained gym, swimming pool, and spa, which made me feel very secure and relaxed while using them. Overall, the Fullon Hotel deserves praise for both its hardware facilities and service quality. It is a quality hotel that I would visit again and recommend to friends. В целом все хорошо, но операционные процессы в ресторане (касательно рассадки) и организация трансфера вызывают вопросы. Чтобы сэкономить время обслуживающего персонала, предпочли заставить группу гостей ждать у входа. Автобус-шаттл прибыл за 15 минут до отправления, но клиентам сказали вернуться за талоном через 10 минут.

After arriving at the hotel, first scan the QR code to register for the check-in queue. Then, you can park your car and enjoy the facilities. Wait for a phone call to go to the front desk for check-in. Once your room is ready, a shuttle will take you to your accommodation area. The room itself is very spacious and clean. Dinner was great with main courses that catered to most tastes, and we ate until we were stuffed. Breakfast wasn't quite to our family's liking, but thankfully there was a buffet bar with other options. As for the recreational facilities, some required registration and queuing, which made it hard to fully enjoy them when crowded... a bit of a shame. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to visit again.

I was so surprised! My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive at Hualien Airport until 8:30 PM. I finally managed to get a taxi, and when I said "Return to Slow Time Inn," the driver knew exactly where to go. Apparently, quite a few people stay there. All the arrangements were very thoughtful. There's a hot water dispenser in the hallway, a wind deflector on the air conditioner, a washing machine on the roof, snacks, drinks, and popsicles in the lobby, and board games, comics, a KTV, and a ball pit in the basement... Return to Slow Time Inn is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at during my trip.

There's a parking lot right in front of the hotel, which is convenient upon arrival, but there aren't many spaces, and I'm not sure if there are other parking options; the location is quite close to the city center, so basically, after checking in that day, my family and I just walked to eat and visit the night market, without having to drive and park; the rooms are clean and tidy, and the scenic elevator offers a clear view of the city; the key point is the next day's breakfast, a purely vegetarian option, which is not a type of breakfast I often try, but each item was very delicious, and my family was very satisfied. It's a great accommodation choice for a trip to Hualien City.

Overall, a very good experience. The booking process was simple and the instructions for use were clear. On-site redemption/entry was smooth, the staff were friendly, the itinerary was well-organized, and the price was reasonable. I would use Klook again to book other activities.
