⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Anniversary Staycation! We booked this staycation to celebrate my parents' anniversary with the kids, and everyone had a super enjoyable time! The food was absolutely delicious with a fantastic variety, and the entire experience was memorable. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and went out of their way to make our family celebration extra special. Highly recommended for families!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the place itself was great. They have an indoor heated pool, which my family enjoyed, although there were times when the water wasn't as warm as expected. One concern I have is the restroom door at the pool area. I accidentally got locked inside because the doorknob seemed rusty or faulty. Thankfully, my husband was around and ask the staff for help, but this could be a safety issue, especially if a guest is alone. I hope the management can have it checked and repaired. The location is also convenient. There's a nearby convenience store where you can buy essentials, and a McDonald's that's within walking distance or just a short tricycle ride away. If you don't have a car and are commuting, you can ask the front desk to help you get a tricycle. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Despite the minor issues, the experience was great, and my kids absolutely loved and enjoyed our time there. We would definitely consider coming back.

We spent our child’s 2nd birthday here, and the kids-first environment made it so special. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There were plenty of activities to keep our toddler entertained, and the atmosphere was very relaxing for us parents too. Booking via Klook was quick and gave us a great rate. Will definitely come back!

The room is very clean and spacious. It has a pleasant scent both inside and outside the room. The hotel staff are nice and helpful; they assisted us well. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. It's a very kid-friendly hotel. Hotel Casiana surpassed our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

A bad weather forecast can easily ruin a trip, but the genuine warmth and attentive service of the Anya team completely turned it around for us. We felt thoroughly pampered and well cared for from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back hopefully under sunny skies next time!

Summit Ridge tagayray is a gem . the location it self is near to sky ranch and best restaurant in tagaytay the pool is nice and the breakfast is supperb!!! thr bed is nice and comportable. the aircon ia cold also . i wish i have more days to stay . thank you Summit Ridge Tagaytay !! 💚💚💚💚💚

we enjoyed our stay at Taal Vista Hotel. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet also has lots of varieties and in the 3 days we were there, the breakfast menu changed quite a bit which was great ws we got to try different food. The room is quite spacious and has a nice mountain view. We’ll probably try the lake view rooms next time. Thank you.

The place was surreal and if you are looking to unwind and not in a rush then this place is perfect for you. Great staff, and all their maintenance workers are very friendly and fast. The only challenge would be if you don't have any vehicle with you the transportation may be a little expensive. But overall we are impress!
