After flight landing or your hotel check-out, you can drop off your bags at the airport or hotel and easily settle into your vacation in comfort and explore the city, luggage-free! Whether you're arriving at the airport and heading straight to the city for some personal discovery or rushing from your accommodation to the airport for a late night flight, there's no need carrying all that luggage around. All you have to do is book, set the delivery schedule, and then claim your luggage at the airport after 3:00pm or at your accommodation after 6:00pm. You can even choose to have the courier get your luggage before 12:00pm at your accommodation and then you can pick it up at the airport after 9:00am the next day. It's a safe and efficient process that lets you navigate the rest of Hanoi like a local.

Luggage Services
- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32in (the sum of length and width must be 180cm), and cannot weigh more than 32kg
- Special luggage such as wheelchairs, infant strollers, sports equipment, etc. are allowed as long as the measurement of the items do not exceed the 180cm limit
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Baggage collection and delivery are handled by hand, face-to-face
- For luggage delivery from hotels to the airport, the pick up time must be at least 2 hours prior to your departure time. The cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pick up should be shouldered by the customer
- Upon checkout, just drop off your luggage at the front desk of your hotel and inform them LuggAgent will come to pick up the luggage. Please remember to take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel
- Please take photos of the luggage you will have delivered and send the photo to the courier. You will be provided with the courier's contact information

- For luggage deliveries to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage deliveries to/from hotels, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage deliveries from hotels, the drop off time is not the time when the driver collects your luggage, so you can just leave the hotel after taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt
- For luggage deliveries from Airbnbs, your luggage will be personally collected and delivered at the ground floor

В аэропорту Ханоя есть стойка во время процесса получения багажа, служба поддержки клиентов всегда обновляет статус. Обратите внимание, что если вы отправляете airbnb, вам необходимо принять его до 18:00. Также используется в Осаке. Стоит каждый раз. чтобы избежать проблем с переноской багажа.
Мой 1-й опыт. Это было превосходно. Просто оставьте сумки эксперту и отправляйтесь наслаждаться бухтой Халонг без тяжелой ноши. Очень четкие инструкции. Воспользуюсь этой услугой снова.
Очень рекомендуется, вы должны использовать его, если во время поездки у вас раздельное проживание.
