- The hotel pick up service is available for passengers staying at the company’s partner hotels only. Kindly indicate your hotel at checkout, if not, you may proceed to the partner hotel nearest to your accommodation, or proceed to the Siem Reap Giant Ibis boarding terminal or Bangkok Giant Ibis boarding terminal 30 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Each passenger is only allowed to bring a maximum of 30kg of total luggage
- If any of the buses break down mid-trip that requires a change of bus causing 2+ hours delay, your ticket will be fully refunded
- The bus is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible, however, they can be stored in the compartment
- If you fail to arrive at the specified departure time, you will be considered a no-show and no refunds shall be provided

Если вы едете из Вьетнама в Камбоджу с плотным графиком, вам поможет бронирование автобуса с общим трансфером. Кроме того, вы сэкономите на проживании в отеле, воспользовавшись спальным автобусом. Водитель автобуса также помог нам с иммиграционным контролем. Бронирование совместного автобусного трансфера с Klook также избавило нас от многих хлопот. Я возвращаюсь во Вьетнам и Камбоджу и обязательно снова сяду на общий автобус.
It was actually a very surprising experience. the bus arrived on time and using klook made the process very easy. But the bus broke down half way in the journey and we were helped to shift to a new bus that took the Phomh Penh. The bus operators also ensures we got full refund but we had to go to their office to collect the refund. But a brilliant gesture. We had to pay $6 for the transfer bus, but that's alright. You can't control some situations.
