Session reservation system

• This ticket is based on the "session reservation" system. Please choose the appropriate time slot according to your personal needs.
• Tickets are only valid for the session for which you have reserved. No make-up, postponement or refund will be given after the time limit.

Ticket purchase deadline

• Each show is pre-sold. The deadline for purchasing tickets is 20:00 the day before the show.
• For example: If you plan to attend the 2025/07/02 session, the latest time to purchase tickets is 2025/07/01 20:00. You will not be able to purchase tickets after this time. This ticket does not include admission to Taipei Children’s Amusement Park. Please purchase your own ticket and then go to the designated counter to redeem it.

Verification and admission methods

• Please complete ticket verification within 30 minutes before the scheduled session and collect your number plate to queue up for entry
• Tickets can only be redeemed at the scheduled session. No refunds or extensions will be given after the expiration date.
• For example: If you have made an appointment for the 10:00 session on 2025/07/02, you can start checking in at 09:30 at the earliest, collect your number plate, and wait in line to enter.

Dress code for entry

• To maintain the safety and cleanliness of the facilities, all entrants (including accompanying parents) are required to wear socks
• Those who do not wear the uniform will not be allowed to enter, and no refunds or postponements will be made.

Applicable object restrictions

• This facility is only for children aged 3 to 10, under 145 cm in height and under 45 kg in weight.
• Parents are requested to confirm that their children meet the requirements before purchasing tickets to avoid being unable to enter the venue

Accompanying ticket instructions

• Accompanying tickets are available for sale on site for parents to accompany their children
• Accompanying tickets are not allowed to use air cushion equipment. The quantity is limited and will be sold out. For other matters, please follow the on-site announcements and regulations.

Epidemic prevention and health safety reminder

• Please cooperate with the temperature measurement before entering. Those with a temperature above 37.5°C will not be allowed to enter, and no refunds or postponements will be made.
• Please bring your own mask and wear it in crowded places according to personal needs
• Alcohol disinfection equipment is available on site. It is recommended to disinfect your hands when entering and leaving the venue.
• If children have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, etc., please do not enter to protect your own and others' health
• If you are unable to enter the venue due to personal health reasons (such as fever, cold, etc.), the relevant refund or rescheduling application must be determined on site. The organizer reserves the final discretion
• Eating and drinking are prohibited in the air cushion amusement area. Please enjoy your meals in the designated area outside the venue.

Ticket Return and Change Policy

• Tickets can be refunded through the original ticket purchase platform before the ticket sales close for that session. The platform will charge a refund fee. The detailed fee is subject to the official announcement of Klook
• After the ticket sales for this session are closed, no refunds, rescheduling or postponement will be accepted
• If the event is cancelled due to force majeure (such as weather or equipment maintenance), it will be handled separately according to the organizer's announcement

Other Notes

• If a child exhibits dangerous behavior or fails to comply with the game rules, the on-site staff has the right to terminate their participation in the event and ask their parents to assist them in leaving the venue. No refund will be given.
• The venue will be cleaned and disinfected after each session. Please leave on time according to the staff's instructions and do not stay
• Please cooperate with the on-site staff and comply with the relevant regulations and safety rules of the activity area.
• The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of all matters related to the event
