Ticket Purchase Notes

• You can enter by showing your e-ticket on site. No refund will be accepted once the e-ticket has been used
• Please follow Klook's refund policy for refunds. Please contact customer service for details. Klook ticket refunds are not accepted at the exhibition site.
• For those holding electronic tickets, please follow the on-site regulations to go to the designated location to redeem your tickets and gifts
• Anyone holding a real-name ticket must actively show their valid ID to the on-site staff for verification and exchange for gifts when entering the exhibition
• Free tickets are available to those born in 2019 or later. Must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Must show ID upon entry. If you do not bring your ID, your height will be determined as 120 cm or less. If you do not bring your ID but are over 120 cm tall, you must purchase a discount ticket.
• Discount tickets are available to: 1- Children born before 2018 (children are defined as those aged 18 years or below) 2- Elderly persons born before 1959 (inclusive) 3-Persons with disabilities: Each ID card can only purchase 2 tickets (one for the person and one accompanying person), and they must enter at the same time 4-Students: Hold valid student IDs from colleges and universities (including) below, with the current semester registration stamp as proof, and must be verified for admission. Each ID is limited to one (not applicable to master’s and doctoral students, community colleges, open universities, international student IDs, and in-service training) ※ To identify the student discount ticket, please provide a student ID with the semester registration stamp for on-site staff to check. If there is no registration stamp for the current semester, the registration stamp is blurred and cannot be identified, or the student ID card is exempted from the registration stamp, you must also present the original “Certificate of Enrollment” for the current semester as a supplementary proof. Proof of enrollment can be presented on site in paper form, downloaded electronic form, or by logging into the student registration system online. ※
• When entering with a discount ticket, please show your original valid ID for staff to check. If you do not bring your ID, the organizer has the right to cancel your entry and you must go to the ticket purchase platform to refund your ticket and then buy a full ticket again
• Package gifts and acrylic commemorative tickets can be exchanged at the exhibition entrance. If you fail to complete the exchange at the exhibition entrance, no reissue or refund will be accepted.
• Free tickets and discount tickets are not applicable for any gift activities, and admission is not eligible for exchange for DoReMi 25th Anniversary Limited Commemorative Ticket

Exhibition Information

• Open as normal on national holidays, closed on New Year's Eve
• Dangerous items and pets (except guide dogs) are not allowed into the "Exhibition Area"
• Pets are allowed in the "Sales Area" but must not touch the ground, except guide dogs
• The organizer does not provide storage services, such as strollers, pets and large luggage, etc.
• Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited on site
• Playing and chasing is prohibited in the exhibition area. If damage or destruction is caused, compensation will be required.
• The organizer is not responsible for the loss of personal property, please keep your valuables safe
• In order to maintain a good exhibition quality, the exhibition venue has set up crowd control. The organizer has the right to arrange to guide visitors to enter and adjust the tour route according to the on-site conditions
• Visitors must follow these exhibition guidelines. If there are any safety concerns or behaviors that affect the order of the visit, the organizer may persuade, stop, refuse entry or order them to leave.

Refund and Change Policy

Tickets that have not been redeemed before the end of the exhibition (2025/4/6 23:59) can be refunded. If you need a refund, please contact Klook customer service
