Я показал сотрудникам ресторана детали бронирования и QR-код, но они неоднократно проверяли и говорили, что в этот день у них нет бронирований на некорейское имя. Klook отказался вернуть деньги за бронирование, заявив, что поставщик «подтвердил, что бронирование было сделано». Сэкономьте свои деньги и не пользуйтесь этим сервисом; это невероятно напрягает, когда путешествуешь с семьей и детьми — сервис, который должен помогать, только создает больше стресса.
