Booking guidelines
- Book at least 7 business day(s) before you intend to receive your rail pass
- The name, country of residence, and passport numbers entered when booking must be an exact match to the passports used when boarding
- This pass is for non-European residents only
- Proof of citizenship can be established by a passport. Proof of residence can be established by government issued residency documents, e.g. visa, residence card
- Your country of residence and passport number will be printed on the pass, so please make sure you fill in the accurate information upon checkout
- If you have resided in country A for over 6 months, but are a passport-holder of country B, you can either fill in A as your country of residence at checkout and provide your passport and proof of residence while on the train, or fill in B as your country of residence at checkout and provide your passport while on the train
Pass eligibility
- Important: Indicate the total number of adults and children aged 0-11 when booking
- Up to 2 children aged 0-11 travel free of charge for every adult with an Adult Pass (not applicable for the Senior Pass)
- If more than 2 children are traveling with 1 adult, a separate Youth Pass must be purchased for each additional child

Совершенно невообразимо, что Klook передаст личные данные клиентов из Гонконга материковому Китаю. Я заказал проездной на поезд на Klook 23 декабря. 26 декабря мне позвонили из курьерской компании и попросили расписаться в документе, отправленном из Шэньчжэня. Сотрудник курьерской компании сказал, что на документе написано только «Операция по железной дороге». и ничего больше на нем не было написано Название компании. В моем ответе не было никаких личных или официальных отношений с компанией из Шэньчжэня, поэтому я отказался принимать почту. Клерк сказал, что, поскольку получатель документа и адрес получателя верны, он будет помещен прямо у двери человека. В итоге открылся и оказался Klook. Во всем процессе заказа не упоминалось, что проездной на поезд будет отправлен из Шэньчжэня. Klook передал мою информацию материковому Китаю, что очень опасно и не защищает конфиденциальность клиентов.

Поезда были хорошими, и бронирование было легким. Единственная проблема заключалась в том, что не хватало места для размещения больших чемоданов. В остальном все было отлично.
