It was a great experience staying at this nice hotel which was very clean and the staff extended their best service. It was strikingly pleasant when compared to a hotel that I stayed the previous 3 nights that turned out to be a great disappointment and disaster although that hotel was located in a much better locality and had an iconic name which didn’t meet my expectations at all. I look forward to visiting this chain of hotel in other cities too as they really made my day and compensated on the pleasantries lost at the previous hotel.

This hotel is very good. It is very clean, it smells good. Most hotels in Indonesia smells cigarette smoke. Beds are very comfortable. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is very good with a lot of option. Breakfast staffs dance every morning during breakfast. We will come back.
