I stayed one night at this hotel to rest after a long journey from Melbourne to Denpasar, and then on to Surabaya. The staff were friendly and the food was average. However, I was disappointed to find that my room and bathroom were quite dusty. I hope the management can take this feedback into consideration and improve the cleanliness of the rooms. With better attention to this area, I would consider staying again in the future.

the staff is very nice. When I was going to the toilet, the toilet was dirty. I immediately asked for help from trainees Faizal and Melinda. They helped me immediately. I really appreciated that. Thank you.

The property is a bit old but maintained well. It is clean and neat. Nothing much near the property, but easy to call grab service, so It would be a problem.
