Good location

Everything was perfect. The whole style and atmosphere of the hotel is brilliant and the location is perfect for walking around sightseeing etc. we especially enjoyed the Jazz club.

No complaints, staff amenities and breakfast was premium

We would stay there again. So close to many of the Roman sites - all within walking distance.

The staff was excellent and friendly, and the location was convenient. However, our room was in their second building, and our elevator went out for 24 hours. We had to walk up and down one floor to get to our room, which was extremely inconvenient. We also got locked out of the main hotel, because the closed the door access from our side. We had to go to the basement laundry area to then find our way out. Additionally, our rooms floor was sticky and dirty, and our shower had extreme mold and mildew, as well as a broken blind over the shower window. We had to pin a hand towel over the blind so no one could see into our shower from another room. The hotel staff apologized and said they would address it, but the mold was never cleaned properly and the blind was never fixed. This hotel is definitely not worth the cost. A big disappointment and was the low point of our trip to Rome

Excellent Location. Clean hotel. Large enough room (in Europe), friendly staff, onsite concierge, 24 hour front desk, right on via del corso, many attractions, many shops and restaurants, Piazza del Popolo, and the terrace.
