Super situation!

Bel accueil du personnel à notre arrivée. Un transport de l’aéroport nous avait été proposé et cela a été très apprécié. Par contre, nous avions une suite au 4 e étage et l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas … nous avons dû monter et descendre nos valises. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas dans toutes les chambres. Nous avons dormi dans le salon sur les divans, car la petite chambre était beaucoup trop chaude. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal!!

Excellent location! Within walking distance of Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and Pantheon. Lots of great restaurants and shops almost at your doorstep. Enjoyed our stay in this clean, well maintained apartment. Bonus…nice outdoor space terrace !!

The refrigerator was broken

The staff was great. The room not so much. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator only went up to 3 so we had to get our luggage up a winding staircase. Then the apartment itself also had another set of steps. This was the 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. There were no lights in one of the bathrooms and the other bathroom had one very dim bulb. The bed was as hard as a rock. One room had no air conditioning so one of our friends slept in the living room. The other bedroom had a unit that didn’t work. The rooftop terrace was a neat feature for sure but it was not well maintained. All of that being said, the location was perfect. An express grocery store was only minutes away walking. We were able to easily walk to the Spanish steps, piazza Navarro, and the Trevi fountain. All were within a 10 minute walk. We booked transportation through Grand Master for our ride to the cruise port in Civitavecchia. However on the morning of our ride, the van could not get to us in city center so we had to walk with all of our luggage over a half hour to be picked up. This including walking up steps and crossing a bridge. Considering we had to do this, we thought we should get a discount on our transportation but it was still approximately $250.

The apartment was completely different from the pictures. I felt completely misled. The apartment was very run down (peeling wallpaper, marks all over the walls, a creepy crawl space with trash in it behind a small door in the kitchen, etc). The AC in the bedroom did not work and my kids couldn’t feel the AC in their creepy bedroom above the kitchen so we all slept in the living room. It was terrible. The patio door lock was broken and anyone could have come in. (Plus all of the outside plants were dead and it was not inviting out there to even enjoy) The property is not well maintained and it’s obvious that the owners do not live in Italy. Again, the pictures look nothing like the actual apartment—a total bait and switch. If you are just looking to party and crash it might work for you, but if you have a family and/or just want comfort, steer clear!

Lovely two bedroom two bath apartment. Plenty of space for a whole family. Centrally located for shopping and restaurants. Close to the metro.

The location of this place is perfect! It's centrally located in between landmarks on a busy street with shopping options, but was so quiet. The bed was comfortable and having two bathrooms was helpful with 3 of us. Alessandra was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, even bringing us additional towels, and things were communicated well during check-in and for the entirety of our trip. Thank you for your kindness! I would definitely stay here again if i come back to Rome. Also, if you get a chance, check out Fatamorgana in Croce gelato shop nearby. We tried several places, but kept going back to that one.

Ac in room didn’t work, apartment was old, the terraced was dirty and old, bathroom leaking water, sewer smell, and the entire building was old and dirty.

Great location and very nice, clean property. We enjoyed our stay!
