This is not a 5 star hotel and the rooms are certainly not sound proofed! We had to change rooms as we could hear our neighbours snoring and knew everything he ordered for his room service! The towels by the pool were threadbare, the lounges had holes in and we had no hot water one day. This hotel has tainted our experience of the intercontinental brand and we will stick to Marriott in future. Really disappointed.

The location is great and the resort is beautiful but the room we had was visibly old with cracks everywhere and just general signs of aging. The breakfast was excellent. Our mini fridge flooded all three nights of our stay. That’s an understandable freak accident but the reaction of the staff made it seem like it had happened before. The concierge wasn’t particularly helpful with recommendations for dining or sigh seeing either. It was a very meh experience compared to other five star hotels we stayed in in Bali.

Staff all know my name could leave wallet and valuables anywhere total security safety and care a true 5 star venue I was late to breakfast staff understood and served food and coffee out of hours with a smile and understanding that’s total service was offered not expected a true happiness location

An amazing beachfront property with friendly, welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. We especially loved the garden-view balconies, which provided a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. A fantastic place to stay, and we would happily return.

Arrival was great and very smooth, the cool towels and coconut infused water a nice addition. We were only there a night for a layover but managed a nice relax around the pool, walk along the sea front and great breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities top notch.
