Had a wonderful day trip to Biei and Furano! 🍂🇯🇵 Big thanks to Lucy for the great tour arrangements and friendly service, and to the drivers for being punctual, professional and driving safely. Everything went smoothly, and we had an amazing time exploring Hokkaido’s beautiful scenery. Highly recommended! ❤️✨

had a fantastic day trip with Lisa and her colleague! The day was much better than it looked online and i thoroughly enjoyed it! The flower farms and blue pond were gorgeous and at each stop, Lisa was extremely informative. I chose the non buffet and so i got to choose a meal from the restaurant which was great. They even had a curry labelled vegan. Lisa recommended to try the white corn and the melon and bith were delicious. i would definitely recommend

A well-designed itinerary that allows just enough time to enjoy each destination without feeling too rushed. Our wonderful guide James speak three languages including Chinese and English. He's very attentive and helpful. The lavender is already gone in late September but the other flowers are still in bloom. 100% recommended!

Our tour guide, ZHOU ZHENG is nice and accommodating.
We had an amazing winter tour around Shikisai no Oka and the beautiful spots of Biei. Shikisai no Oka was absolutely stunning — the vast white landscape felt like a winter wonderland. The snowmobile ride was definitely a highlight! It was such a thrilling and fun experience gliding across the snowy fields.
Seeing the iconic Christmas Tree no Ki in person was surreal. Standing alone in the middle of a snow-covered field, it looked straight out of a postcard.
Shirahige Falls was breathtaking, especially with the contrast of the blue water against the white snow — truly a magical sight during winter.
We ended the tour at Ningle Terrace, which felt like a little overated and most of the shops are closed. We weren’t able to see it at night or during dawn as we only have 30min stay in the area and we arrived 330pm.
Overall, the tour was well-organized, scenic, and unforgettable — a perfect winter experience in Hokkaido!

We had a little mishap at the start of the trip since our tour was packed and some guests didn’t follow the seating arrangements. Overall, the places we visited were very lovely. Don’t forget to try their lavender and melon soft serve!
