Hoteluri lângă Sammaksa

Am avut un sejur uimitor la hotelul Lotte City Guro. Și călătoriile au fost, de asemenea, ușoare de acolo. Iar personalul a fost, de asemenea, de ajutor.

I had a good rest at the clean hotel. The breakfast was also delicious. For those who are light sleepers, the subway running until late at night might be a bit inconvenient. However, it's affordable and clean, so I'd like to visit again.

The Korean address provided on the website was incorrect. The taxi driver took us to a steep hill based on the Korean address. After getting out, we re-searched using the English address and realized it was the wrong location. We then had to drag our heavy luggage for over 10 minutes, almost collapsing from the heat in Seoul. I tried to contact customer service at the time, but only received unhelpful, automated responses from an AI chatbot. I hope your company updates the address quickly so no other tourists experience the same unfortunate situation as us.

The hotel is quite clean. The lobby offers free black coffee and 3-in-1 coffee, along with ice, so you can have it hot or cold. There are also various free popsicles. Breakfast is excellent too, with instant noodles, and you can fry your own eggs and toast bread. There's also a black coffee machine, and milk in the fridge, so you can make a latte by adding it to the black coffee. You can have as many eggs as you like. Highly recommended!

Servicii: Personalul de la recepția hotelului a fost foarte amabil și profesionist. Vă mulțumesc mult.

Wonderful and very clean hotel. The staff helped me with many things, and transportation is very close by. There is a direct bus from and to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace and comfort. 😍👌
