The front desk lady who was in over night in Thurs June 18 should not be there- her manner was rude, abrasive and unhelpful. I thought it was me (because I am a foreigner) but she was like that to all customers.
The lady and young man who worked in the morning of Fri June 19, Sat June 20 and 21st were fantastic.
You should have iron and ironing boards in the rooms for business people. No toiletries?
Great to have CU attached to the hotel but a pity that it is far away from public transport. This is ok BUT at least make taxis readily available or accessible.
Breakfast was fine although it would be good to have avocado, salmon and make the fruits a bit more appetizing.

The staff was always very helpful even when there was a bit of a language barrier. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked and good. Unfortunately we left before the lunch and dinner buffet opened.
